Diamond Recutting –
We provide the service of repairing broken diamonds and recutting old mine cut and old European cut diamonds into modern ideal cut specifications. A diamond can be scratched or chipped. We can remove surface damage, scratches and nicks and even chips resulting in a more brilliant and lively diamond. Often repairing damage is covered by insurance. Angular Spectrum Evaluation Tool –
We have the new American Gem Society Lab Desktop ASET Machine. In 2005 the AGS introduced a tool known as the Angular Spectrum Evaluation Tool or ASET. The ASET shows light return with great detail, as light is color-coded 3 ways. This is very important because the quality of light that comes from around and above is not identical. The ASET detects light leakage and identifies where light is actually being returned by a diamond using reflector type technology.

Laser Inscribing – We can inscribe a name or other identification mark on any diamond, and most gemstones – even pearls! The laser inscription is only visible under magnification but is a great way to identify your own gemstones.
All of the traditional jewelry metals can be laser-welded! All base metals, Karat gold, Sterling Silver, Titanium, Palladium, and Platinum! Interestingly enough, Platinum that has historically been one of the most difficult metals to work with and repair, is one of the easiest metals to affect laser-writing repairs to! Welding different metals groups is also possible, .i.e., gold to platinum, sterling to gold, etc.
Pearl/Bead Stringing – Did you know pearls should be restrung every few years? We can make your necklace or bracelet look like new – graduated or multi strands are no problem for our experts. Don’t neglect an pearl heirloom when it is so easy to get it restrung.

Mechanical Watch Full Service – Our full service for mechanical watches consists of the disassembly and overhaul of the movement with an examination of all parts. We replace damaged or worn parts and re-seal water-resistant cases. Each of its parts are placed in special chemical solutions that dissolve dirt, dust, and emulsify any dried out oils. When the watch is reassembled, special oils are applied to lubricate all essential parts. We recommend that a general overhaul be performed every three years and that all water-resistant watches be tested once a year for case tightness. In addition, bracelet watch bands are polished and thoroughly cleaned.
Quartz Watch Full Service – Our quartz watch full service consists of the watch disassembly, the case and bracelet being polished and thoroughly cleaned in the ultrasonic and the battery being replaced. If needed, the gaskets will be replaced then the watch is resealed to factory specifications. We recommend that all water-resistant watches have their water resistance checked every time the battery is changed.
